Zamkan – Return & Exchange Policy

At Zamkan, your trust and satisfaction are our top priorities. We provide a clear and simple return and exchange policy to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Return & Exchange Window

  • Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, including all accessories (box, tags, warranty card, packaging).

📍 Eligible Items for Return or Exchange

We accept returns and exchanges for:

  • All original watches

  • All accessories (unless personalized)

  • Original Pandora items (must be in original packaging and bags)

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or worn items

  • Sale/discount offers including Happy Friday / Flash Sale (exchange only)

  • Customized or resized items

  • Items missing parts, accessories, tags, or original packaging

Return Requirements

To process your request smoothly, the following must be provided:

  • Order number or purchase receipt

  • Item must be in perfect condition with no scratches, damage, or signs of wear

  • Original box and all included components

If any requirement is missing, Zamkan reserves the right to decline the return.

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are issued within 3–7 business days using the same payment method

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds are processed via bank transfer or mobile wallet

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Policy

  • You may exchange an item for another of equal or higher value

  • If the new item is higher in price, the difference must be paid

  • The new item will be shipped after we receive and inspect the original item

Shipping & Return Costs

  • Return and exchange shipping fees are covered by the customer

  • If the item has a manufacturing defect, Zamkan covers all return shipping costs

 Watch Warranty

All watches sold at Zamkan come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects
(Does not cover damage, water exposure, battery issues, or misuse)
