Zamkan – Return & Exchange Policy
At Zamkan, your trust and satisfaction are our top priorities. We provide a clear and simple return and exchange policy to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Return & Exchange Window
           Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery.
            Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, including all accessories (box, tags, warranty card, packaging).

📍 Eligible Items for Return or Exchange
We accept returns and exchanges for:
All original watches
All accessories (unless personalized)
Original Pandora items (must be in original packaging and bags)

❌ Non-Returnable Items
Used or worn items
Sale/discount offers including Happy Friday / Flash Sale (exchange only)
Customized or resized items
Items missing parts, accessories, tags, or original packaging

Return Requirements
To process your request smoothly, the following must be provided:
Order number or purchase receipt
Item must be in perfect condition with no scratches, damage, or signs of wear
Original box and all included components
If any requirement is missing, Zamkan reserves the right to decline the return.

Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
Refunds are issued within 3–7 business days using the same payment method
For Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds are processed via bank transfer or mobile wallet
Shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Policy
You may exchange an item for another of equal or higher value
If the new item is higher in price, the difference must be paid
The new item will be shipped after we receive and inspect the original item

Shipping & Return Costs
Return and exchange shipping fees are covered by the customer
If the item has a manufacturing defect, Zamkan covers all return shipping costs

 Watch Warranty
All watches sold at Zamkan come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects
(Does not cover damage, water exposure, battery issues, or misuse)
